With the development of a Strategic Accommodation Vision a tool is available in which the new accommodation is clearly described. Management can explain the issues and solutions within the organization and get approval for further actions.

VEGoffice can be involved in the plans for new buildings but also for renovations of the  existing buildings. In case of a new building our project manager will be the professional representative of the future user in the building team. In case of an renovation  / remodeling the lines are more direct with the user.

We distinguish two line of activities:

• The building of the casco ( with architect, general contractor, etc)
• The user package ( with interieur architect, facility management, etc)
