Concept and final design

Based upon the approved Strategic Accommodation Vision the plans are concretised.

We search for the right combination between functionality, design and ergonomics.

The corporate identity is giving its place, but also the legal requirements in respect of health, safety and environment.

In order to have a successful project it is important to form a temporary “tandem project organization” between VEGoffice and the project manager of the client. With this structure the internal procedures and regulations of the building are safeguarded and VEGoffice will supply the necessary knowhow and professional expertise.

Furthermore it is advisable to set-up a user reference board in order to have a “formal” platform to discuss the proposals and get the necessary feed-back.

VEGoffice can  carry-out the following activities:

  • Preparation of the drawings of the existing situation if not available

  • Drawings with indication of items to be demolished
  • Floor finishing drawings
  • Ceiling lay out, including lighting fixtures, air grills, etc.

  • Designs of interior elements, such as reception counters, special cabinets, coffee corners, acoustical screens, cloak stands, etc. ICT- en electra outlet posities,
  • Conference- and meeting centres, boardroom, including media-facilities
  • Layout company restaurant, including kitchen, storage and washing kitchen, in co-operation with the supplier of the equipment.
