Thesis supervision

As many of you may know, Ir. Berend van Egmond assists on a professional basis students of the faculty of Build Environment and Real Estate of the Technical University Eindhoven with their thesis, studies or projects.

Recently Richard de Jong, finalized his thesis about the Added Value of Flexibility in buildings.  At the ROC Nijmegen he got the possibility to set-up a case study to check the reality. The project was supervised by Berend van Egmond. It is a most interesting  subject to develop an instrument to investigate the financial feasibility of investment in flexibility.

Within short he will defend his  thesis and become Msc . Real Estate.  The supervising committee further consist of  Prof. Dr. Ir. Jos Lichtenberg , Dr. Ir. Jos Smeets  and Ir. Rianne Appel, all of the Faculty Build Environment .

Accomodation concept Philips Lighting

accomodation-concept-philips-lightingRecently we were assigned by Philips Site Development of Philips Lighting Headoffice at Eindhoven to develop a new accommodation concept for the buildings. At this moment four floors have been realized with this up-to-date housing concept. Special attention has been given to the architecture, the limitation of sound disturbance and the mobility of the organization.

Johnson Controls IFM, the present Total Facility Management Contractor,  was  responsible for the project management together with Procosgroup  at Antwerp.



Our new website

We have adapted our website to the actual market situation. The brand name VEGoffice will be used more. Our company name VEG Interior Building Systems BV will be maintained as legal entity.

The new website gives better information about the new focus of VEGoffice, especially about our activities in respect of the support to our clients with strategic accommodation plans.

Also the number of project photo's has been increased to better understand our type of work.
