• Less packing material or waste
• Re-use of heat of production
• Optimal logistics in order to decrease transport

In a building one could consider :

• Energy saving with movement detection, LED-lighting, special heating and cooling installations
• Use of sustainable installations as solar, wind and earth heat storage
• Flexibilty of use
• Decrease water consumption by rainwater use, special toilets, etc.

An important criterium is the choice how much the client is prepared to spend and think in terms of user efficiency and life-span.
