VEGoffice is established in 1995 by Ir. Berend van Egmond, the present managing director / owner. We value integrity, independence and professionalism and strive for continuity in the relation with our customers. Since 1995 VEGoffice has been involved in consultancy of over 275.000 m2 office area.

The services comprise research and innovation, accommodation strategy, space planning, concepting, interior architecture and facility management support.

We supply the professional services for optimal, innovative and sustainable solutions for the user or tenants of office buildings on basis of integration of the various disciplines in office environments.

The ( required) organizational structure is always regarded as the basis for the new accommodation concept.

Functionality, ergonomics, user-value and flexibility, company culture and identity are key elements in our process. Especially the functional requirements of facility management, but also the technical aspects of the building together with the ergonomics and up-standard work environments and cost aspects, are the constant references in our work process.

Intensive communication with the users is of utmost importance for the introduction of a succesfull re-accommodation, both for new buildings as for renovations of existing buildings. The employees need to be involved in a positive way. For this reason we develop 3D- computer animations and visuals to get the right picture of the developments.

A new, innovative accommodation concept, p.e. for "New Working Environments" is often used as management tool to introduce another organizational concept or work method.

The new physical environment may help to improve the internal communication, increase transparency, improve the efficient use of the floor area and to decrease the cost for housing and the facility management.

By means of workplace performance studies usefull information can be obtained of the values and experience of the employees in the building. This can help improve the facilities in other projects.
